My name is Jack Bjorn, and I am a full-time employment lawyer, hobbyist photographer based in Scarborough, ME. As a lifelong Mainer, I enjoy every chance I can to get outside by the ocean and into the mountains, and my goal is to share photos of the best parts of Maine and New England with all who enjoy our beautiful region. From coastal shots of lighthouses to incredible mountain vistas, Maine and New England have so much to offer.

As a kid growing up in greater Bangor, ME, I realize I definitely took living in Maine for granted. Fortunately for me, I never had to leave Maine to find out just how much I appreciate my home state. In college, I was able to share and enjoy many of the sights, foods, and sounds of the Pine Tree State with new lifelong friends, some of whom had never seen snow, let alone traveled along Maine’s magnificent coastline. By sharing what I had taken for granted for so many years, I found a new appreciation for my home—a Vacationland I get to live in and experience on a daily basis.

Today, I enjoy working as an attorney at Eaton Peabody in Portland where I get to help my community solve problems big and small every day. I also live in the area with my wife, Liz, and two dogs, and I am incredibly thankful to be able to share many more Maine and New England adventures with family and friends.
